How can you address your electrical issues while attaining the insurance policy that you desire?
The most common hurdle to a four-point inspection is usually involved with the electrical portion of the report. It is often in the best interest of the home owner to have the electrical issues resolved to prevent any potential safety hazards while also positioning your home in a place where you can secure the insurance policy you desire without the application being denied due to its current condition. We often advice that these electrical issues be resolved by a licensed electrician. We also provide the citizens electrical inspection form for each client when the proper work is being performed. The licensed electrician can fill out this form once the work is complete. We can submit that form along with our 4 Point Inspection which will then show the updates that were performed without you having to pay us to come back out and re-inspect the electrical work.
Our goal is to ethically evaluate each home for the insurance company while also serving the home owner by informing them on updates that may be needed in order to secure their desired policy. Our desire is to help navigate home owners through this process and not just failing inspections without coaching them in regards to the work that needs to be performed. The Citizens Electrical Inspection form is a way for the paper work to be completed at the same time as the work that needed to be performed. |
